GRK Partners offers a highly competitive compensation structure on par with top-tier consulting firms.

Salary Structure

① Base Salary

② Bonus - 5% of the base salary, paid regardless of performance evaluation.

③Cash Benefits  - Equivalent to KRW 1 million annually for employee welfare.

④ Profit Share - Up to 50% base salary, distributed within 20% of the company’s operational margin.

Over the past three years, our Profit Share (PS) distribution has averaged 23%, reinforcing our commitment to rewarding excellence.

We conduct biannual performance reviews and OKR assessments (focusing on research, insight reporting, and personal goal achievement) to ensure fair and strategic PS allocation.
